When the mornings turn cold and the afternoons stay mild, layering is the easiest way to stay comfortable all day. Start with a breathable tee as your base, add a heavyweight hoodie or sweater on top, and finish with a light jacket you can take off once the sun comes out. Stick to a few colours that work together, so every layer looks good on its own as well as combined. The best part: with a few quality pieces, you can create countless outfits without ever feeling overdressed or underdressed.
The average wardrobe is full of pieces that rarely get worn. Building a smaller collection of things you truly love saves money, space and decision fatigue. Choose quality materials, timeless designs and pieces that work together. You’ll end up wearing everything you own, and that’s the real sign of a good wardrobe.
Routines keep life running, but they can also make the days blur together. Breaking out doesn’t take much: a different route home, a spontaneous day trip, an evening with your phone left at home. Small escapes add up, and they remind you that the everyday is only one way to spend your time.
Clothing labels are full of acronyms. GOTS certifies organic fibres and responsible processing. OEKO-TEX 100 tests fabrics for harmful substances. WRAP focuses on fair and safe working conditions. ISO 14001 covers environmental management. Knowing what they stand for helps you choose clothes that are better for you, the people who make them and the planet.
Mass-produced prints all look identical. Hand-applied ones don’t, and that’s the point. Every small variation in placement or pressure tells you a person made it, not a machine. It turns a piece of clothing into something closer to a one-off, and it’s a reminder that slow, careful work still has a place in fashion.
You’ve probably seen GSM on clothing labels. It stands for grams per square metre and tells you how heavy and dense a fabric is. A lightweight tee sits around 150 GSM, while a heavyweight hoodie can go well past 400. Heavier fabric drapes better, holds its shape longer and simply feels more substantial. It’s one of the easiest ways to tell quality apart before you even try something on.
A good hoodie is an investment, and a little care goes a long way. Wash it inside out at 30 degrees to protect the print. Skip the dryer, since heat is the main cause of shrinking and cracked prints. Lay it flat to dry so it keeps its shape. And don’t wash it after every wear. Airing it out is often enough. Treat it right and it will feel just as soft in five years as it does today.
Alarm, commute, work, repeat. Sometimes the daily routine takes up all the space. ESCAPE is our answer to that. It’s a collection for the moments you break out: the spontaneous weekend trip, the long walk with no destination, the evening that turns into something unexpected.
Every piece is made to feel as free as you do when you finally step away from it all. Comfortable, durable and made with care, so you can stop thinking about what you’re wearing and start living.
Your escape starts here.
